If the desire of the owners of the apartment to paste over it with wallpaper can still be understood, then it is in no way possible to understand why in the future to apply paint to them.

For many, it remains a mystery why these wallpapers are needed, because in this case the costs will increase, because you will have to buy separately:

In addition, it should be noted that it will not work just like that to apply paint on special wallpaper if there is no experience in carrying out such work. In addition, when covering the walls with plaster, seams will not form and the corners will not come off.

Finally, at some point, over-staining the wallpaper will start to detach from the walls, and it will look terrible. The only advantage of this material is that there is no need to level and putty the walls.
